Sport Psych Academy

Because mental skills are so essential for middle and high schoolers, we created the Sport Psych Academy for junior athletes. The classroom setting allows us to serve a wider audience and to offer a lower-cost alternative to individual sessions.

We teach 12 essential skills for mental strength and resilience in a fun, entertaining format with videos, interactive discussion, and group activities that bring the concepts to life.Weekly take home projects are provided to athletes to practice between classes.  

We hold a 45-minute parent session prior to the beginning of the course to educate mom’s and dad’s about the topics we will be covering and how to support their athlete’s sport psychology journey.
